I met Tom the first month I started my new job (March 2007) and now I understand how lucky I was. We desperately needed someone that had knowledge of computers not just someone that thought they did, we needed a fix after a long time of neglect. I noticed we were not getting a daily print out of our backup, come to find out none of the girls had received a print out. I called Tom to help with this problem and he found that we had not had a back up in six months. We have EMR and you can imagine what panic I felt and the fear that the system may crash and we would be out of business. Tom spent a few days getting a complete back up before he rebuilt the main server, and it was just in time because Tom said the system “blue screened” I had no idea what this meant until he explained it to me. Let me say again how lucky we were to have A/C/T/S as our IT Company.
